Please note:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
  • Exchange requests depend on product availability.

If a replacement is not available, we’ll initiate a refund as per our Return & Refund Policy.

While most of our products are covered by our 7-day support window, please note that Ecomarray does not offer a product warranty after this period.
