Return Exchange

At Ecomarray, your satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality clothing that meets your expectations in terms of style, comfort, and fit. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to make the process of returning or exchanging your product simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your order if you meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn.
  • The product must be returned with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
  • The item should not fall under non-returnable categories such as innerwear, accessories, or items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” on the product page.
  • The product must be in the same condition in which it was delivered to you.

Please note that returns will not be accepted for items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration after delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Go to the “My Orders” section on our website and select the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Click on the “Return/Exchange” option and choose the appropriate reason.
  3. Once your request is submitted, our team will review it and schedule a pickup within 2–4 business days.
  4. Ensure that the product is properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
  5. After inspection, we will process your refund or exchange as per your selected preference.

Exchange Policy

If you wish to exchange a product for a different size, colour, or design, you can select your preferred option while raising an exchange request.

  • Exchanges are subject to the availability of the requested item.
  • If the desired product is out of stock, a refund will be issued instead.
  • Only one exchange per order is allowed.

Refund Process

Once your returned item passes our quality check, the refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be credited to your original mode of payment (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Wallet, or Bank Transfer).
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account or preferred digital wallet after verification.

Please note that shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the product received was damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologise if you receive a damaged or wrong item. In such cases:

  • Raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with a clear image of the product.
  • Our team will verify and arrange for a free replacement or full refund, depending on your preference.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear and lingerie
  • Socks and accessories
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable”
