At Ecomarray, we value your satisfaction and strive to make your shopping experience enjoyable and hassle-free. Our Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which you can request a return, exchange, or refund for items purchased from our website. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must remain intact and attached to the product.
  • The product must be returned within 7–10 days of receiving your order.
  • The return request must be raised through your Ecomarray account or by contacting our Customer Support Team.
  • Items such as innerwear, swimwear, jewellery, beauty products, or personalised/customised items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customisation reasons.

If the returned product does not meet the above conditions, Ecomarray reserves the right to reject the return request.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

For safety, hygiene, and quality control reasons, certain categories are not eligible for returns or exchanges, including but not limited to:

  • Intimate wear, lingerie, shapewear, and swimwear
  • Jewelry and fashion accessories
  • Beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products
  • Personalized, made-to-order, or custom-fit item
  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products

Please ensure that you review the product details carefully before making your purchase.

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Log in to your Ecomarray account and go to “My Orders.”
  • Select the item you wish to return and click on “Request Return.”
  • Choose the reason for return and upload supporting photos if necessary (for damaged or defective items).
  • Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will schedule a pickup from your delivery address.
  • The returned item will be inspected at our warehouse before the refund or exchange is processed.

Please ensure that the item is securely packed to avoid damage during transit. We recommend keeping a copy of the pickup receipt for your reference.

4. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only for size or colour issues, subject to product availability.

  • If the requested variant is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be issued.
  • Exchanges are applicable only once per order.
  • The same product value must apply — we cannot exchange with a higher- or lower-priced item.

Note: Exchange requests must comply with the same eligibility criteria as returns.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned product, your refund will be processed as follows:

  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet) within 7–10 business days.
  • Cash-on-Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be issued to your bank account or via store credit, as per your preference. You may need to provide bank details for secure processing.

Refunds will only be initiated after quality verification of the returned product. If the product fails the inspection (used, damaged, or tagless), Ecomarray reserves the right to deny the refund and return the product to you.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing support@ecomarray.com or contacting our customer service team.

  • Include clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement or full refund (including shipping charges).

We aim to resolve such cases promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel an order, visit “My Orders” in your account or contact our support team.
  • If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In that case, you can initiate a return once the product is delivered.

8. Store Credit Option

Ecomarray also offers store credit as an alternative to refunds.

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
  • You can use them to purchase any product on our website.
  • Store credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

9. Important Notes

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • Returns or refunds may take longer during peak seasons due to high order volume.
  • Ecomarray reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on our website.
